Processing Times
Items labeled Made to Order will have a processing time of 10 business days. Processing times are NOT included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)
Domestic Shipping is available for addresses in Jamaica. Please see options below:
FREE SHIPPING FOR JAMAICA!!!!
1.1: All orders in Jamaica take approximately 4-5 working days
1.2: We use knustford express for deliveries island wide where there is a location . We will use Jamaica Post for ZipMail option island wide.
1.3: We do not offer next day delivery at the moment
US & the Caribbean
USA shipping is $18. Orders takes 5-8 business days to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business.
Caribbean shipping is $18. Also takes 5-8 business days to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
2.1: All orders to the USA or The Caribbean will take approximately 8-10 WORKING DAYS. (processing days not included)
2.2: WE use Fedex or DHL for EXPRESS shipping at a cost $20 (option not yet available).
2.3: THERE IS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION.
2.4: DELIVERIES ARE MADE Wednesday of each week.
2.5: WE — USE A SIGNED FOR DELIVERY SERVICE.SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE IN TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY, A CARD WILL BE LEFT WHERE YOU CAN ARRANGE RE-DELIVERY OR TO COLLECT FROM THE DEPOT.
2.6: TO MINIMIZE DELAYS WE RECOMMEND USING YOUR WORK ADDRESS AS YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.
2.7: DTS SHIPS YOUR GOODS INCLUSIVE OF YOUR COUNTRY’S IN-GOING CUSTOMS CHARGES.
2.8: WHILST WE ENDEAVOR TO DELIVER WITHIN THE STATED TIME, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CA– USED BY THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
2.9: All Sales Are final NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Rest of the world:
International shipping is $40.
Orders are processed (2 days to processed) and shipped within 5 to 10 business days.

- 4.1: PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AS WE’RE UNABLE TO REDIRECT ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO YOU.
- 4.2: BEFORE WE CAN DISPATCH YOUR PURCHASES, WE MAY NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP DELAYS TO A MINIMUM.
- 4.3: OUR DELIVERY TIME STARTS FROM THE MOMENT AN ORDERS IS ACCEPTED AND INCLUDES A 24 HOURS WHERE YOUR ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSES AND DISPATCHED BY OUR WAREHO– USE, PLEASE NOTE THIS CAN TAKE LONGER DURING OUR SALE PERIODS WHEN IT MAY TAKE UP 48 HOURS FOR SHIPMENTS TO BE DISPATCHED.
- 4.4: WE WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR SHIPPING PARTNER TO MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL IMPACT OF CUSTOM DELAYS ON OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including weather, product availability and credit card authorization.
